Must Wear: DJC Existence holsters

Posted by Tricia Status On June - 29 - 2010

Guys and Gals,
If you missed the “Brooklyn Style” fashion show last Saturday, you missed some great designers. Devin Cole, graduate of Pratt Institute, had some breath taking print couture. We’ll try to have a few of those pieces up on video for the site if we get a chance to link up with her later on this summer. We got a chance to talk to her after the show she gave us the heads up that she’s into creating accessories. Check out these amazing holsters. Ladies…We can still go out in a tank top and be fashionable with the addition of a holster.

Check out her website if you would like to order!>> DJCexistence

23/05/10-Michael Jackson-by Charlotte Astrid

In an unprecedented move Tommy Mottola will exhume Michael Jackson’s recently buried body, in preparation for one last concert tour. “Mike was the consummate showman. His life was on that stage. Just because his life is over, doesn’t mean the King of Pop’s story is over. His death should be on that stage as well.” Upon news of what has been named the “Dead Man Moonwalking Tour”, the media went into its typical feeding frenzy. A young man has stepped forward and claimed that Michael Jackson groped him during a rehearsal. The allegations were summarily dismissed.

The tour which will span 87 countries is expected to net over 2 billion dollars in gross revenue, which would mean another insurmountable achievement in the record books for Michael Jackson. “ The man just cant not make money. He’s a friggin cash machine. Singin and dancing niii-eeeegroes are always turning the next trend in music. Maybe reanimating dead stars is that next trend,” said Mottola.

The concert will be a spectacle, including a reunion number with the cast of thriller, 300 trained “Bubbles Doubles” monkeys with rhinestone gloves performing the moonwalk, and a host of celebrity duets with people who never met or respected Michael when he was alive. The specifics of how much will be squeezed from the “unliving legend’s” lifeless form are still sketchy however. Leaks have suggested that Jackson will be propped up by a pole stuck up his ass, with some arrangement of pulleys and treadmills under his feet so he can perform his signature moves. “In the age of Lip-Synching, we really don’t have to worry about vocals. I mean no-ones expected to sing and dance anymore.” “It will be incredible,” said Mottola while rubbing his bandaged wrist, his injury yet another bizarre development. Tuesday night during rehearsal, Jacksons gloved hand fell off on stage, prompting a brief but violent melee involving Mottola, a string of irresponsible opportunist parents, and an editor of a yet to be named tabloid. Mottola said laughing, “I guess we’re all still just trying to get our piece.” And when asked about Michael’s peace, “He didn’t have any before. Why would he get some now?”

*R.I.P. Michael. You were something bigger and brighter than all of us, and brilliance never goes unpunished.

Referee Demoted?

Posted by Tricia Status On June - 20 - 2010

Hey guys,
EncoreStatus.com has World Cup fever too. We were up watching New Zealand vs Italy and thought we saw a familiar face… Is this Koman Coulibaly? (The referee that made a controversial call in the USA vs Slovenia match). If so, then DAYYYYYYUM…that sucks…he went from lead ref to some kind of substituting ref on the side lines.

Is this Koman?
